Eligible vehicles for this program include passenger cars, 4WDs, SUVs, and minivans. Vehicles must be less than 10 years old to qualify.

Service response times vary depending on location within the GCC and Jordan:

• In main urban areas: approximately 30 minutes during off-peak hours.
• In rural or less populated regions: approximately 1 hour per 100 km during off-peak hours.

How and when to request MID services: Whenever assistance is needed, simply call the toll-free number printed on the back of your membership card. Service is available around the clock, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, all year round.
